FAQs

We realize there are many questions when purchasing your new poker table. The following serves as a guide to answer those questions.

How soon will I receive my order?
When an order is placed with BuyPokerTablesOnline, standard arrival times for most items are between approximately 3-4 weeks. There may be an additional 1 week delay for very remote areas within the United States. We will provide a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow the progress. Due to popularity of some poker tables, there may be a slightly longer arrival time, however, we will notify you with a time estimate when you place your order, and will not charge your credit card until your exciting new poker table ships.

Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax for orders in the lower 48 states with the exception of California, where standard sales tax rates apply.

Can I interchange poker tables and chairs?
We offer the convenience of a matching poker table set or individual poker tables and chairs matching your specific taste.

What assembly is required?
Please note that some of our poker tables and chairs require light assembly. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

When does my Credit Card get charged?
We do not charge your credit card until the furniture is ready for carrier pick up.

What is your Return Policy?
We are proud to offer an easy and flexible return and exchange policy by offering a 14-day unconditional guarantee. After you receive your order, if the item does not match the decor of your home, your taste, your colors, or just plain didn't meet your expectations, we will provide you store credit for any other item in our inventory.

Please note when making an exchange, actual round trip freight charges will be deducted from your store credit to return the item to us. Round trip freight charges include outgoing shipping charges on free delivery items. We cannot provide any reimbursement or credit for expedited freight or white glove delivery charges if such a service is selected. In order to properly exchange the item, we ask that the poker table or chairs be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, securely packaged inside its original packaging, as our freight companies will not pick up items that are not properly packaged. Lastly, there are no restocking fees.

* We will only accept a return if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

* Items must be returned in their original packaging or additional fees will apply.

* Please note that unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit shipping or handling charges.

* Please note that orders can only be canceled before they ship.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Our poker tables are carefully packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We realize you are excited to receive your new poker table, and we work very hard to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, accidents do happen. We will take every effort to assist you in obtaining the necessary replacements as quickly as possible, and at no extra cost to you.

* Please be sure to carefully inspect your order, and note that all damage claims must be filed with photos to our Customer Service department within 3 days of the receipt of your order.

* If you decide not to allow BuyPokerTablesOnline to repair or replace your item within 14 days of delivery, the item may be returned under our standard return policy, which includes round trip shipping and handling. BuyPokerTablesOnline reserves the right to repair or replace your poker table should an item arrive damaged.

* BuyPokerTablesOnline holds no responsibility for damage to the home by the home delivery company. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
