Placing Your First Order

Purchasing a new poker table set with BuyPokerTablesOnline is easy, and there is no need to create a new account until you place your first order. Once you create a new customer account, you will have the freedom and flexibility to shop at any of the BuyOnline, Inc. stores.

1. Find the Poker Table You Want

Browse for the poker tables you would like to order. When you find a poker table that interests you, click the icon or name of the item to see the product detail page. You will find more information about the poker table on this page. 

2. Add the Poker Table to your Shopping Cart 

When you find a specific poker table from BuyPokerTablesOnline you wish to purchase, simply click the “Add to Cart” icon on the product’s detail page. Upon adding the poker table to your shopping cart, you may continue shopping until your shopping cart contains all the items you wish to order. You can always access your shopping cart contents by clicking the “View Cart” at the top of every page of BuyPokerTablesOnline.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Review all the items from BuyPokerTablesOnline you have placed in your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your poker table order, click the “Checkout” button, where you will be taken to the first page of the order form.

4. Sign In

Upon signing in, enter your e-mail address. Please note that the e-mail address you provide in this section is the only e-mail address we will be able to send you information about this order and subsequent orders. Please indicate you are a new customer and click the “Sign In” button. 

5. Enter a Shipping Address

Let us know where you would like your new poker table shipped. This shipping address may be different from your billing address.

6. Provide Payment Information and a Password

Let us know how you wish to purchase your new poker table. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. All orders must be prepaid. If you are paying with a credit card, please enter the number without spaces or dashes.

When creating your account, select a password so that when you come back in the future to BuyPokerTablesOnline or any of the other companies of BuyOnline, Inc., you can use the same customer information used from your first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your personal account information. Be sure you select a password you will easily remember. Personal passwords should be between 4 to 16 characters in length, and can use any combination of letters and numbers.

7. Review and Submit Your Order

Please double check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any needed changes. When ready, click the “Place Your Order” button to submit your order. After your poker table order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, and we will send another e-mail at the time your order is being shipped.

Using the Shopping Cart 

To purchase a poker table using our safe and secure Shopping Cart, follow these simple steps listed below. Should you have any trouble adding products to your shopping cart or your shopping cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please review the troubleshooting guide as shown below.

• Find the poker table you wish to purchase.
• Click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button on any poker table product detail page.
• When done adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the “View Cart” tab found along the top right-hand corner of most web pages. If you have added a poker table and your Shopping Cart is visible on the right-hand side of the page, you may proceed to the next step. 
• Select the “Checkout” button to complete the order form.

 
Your business is important to us! If you are receiving an error message or experiencing any difficulties completing our online order form, please read through the suggestions below.

• I am unsure if my order was processed. Sometimes a poker table order will be successfully submitted even if you received an error message on the last ordering step. Please look at the list of recent orders in your account before attempting to place the order again.  

• My Shopping Cart is Empty. If your Shopping Cart is empty or products are missing from your Shopping Cart, it is possible that you are not logged into your account. Click the “Sign In” tab in the upper right corner of the website, and this will redirect you back into your account.

• I am receiving an error message on the payment page. Ensure you have selected the correct credit card type and expiration date, and verify that the credit card numbers were correctly entered (without any spaces or dashes). If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering it into the order form.

Additional troubleshooting tips. If your technical problem is not listed above, it's possible that one of the following suggestions may help: 

• Refresh the webpage. Should a webpage load only halfway or take a very long time to upload, click the “Stop” button at the top of your browser and then select the “Refresh” or “Reload” button at the top of your browser. 

• Clear your cache. Most web browsers temporarily store a local copy of every page you visit. Clearing your cache deletes those temporary files and increases the storage for new temporary files. Go to the "Cache" or "Temporary Internet Files" option on your browser (on Netscape, go to "Options" and choose "Network Preferences"; if you use Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" and choose "Internet Options"), and delete the files stored in your cache.
